Made From Offcuts

Every day in our Sunshine Coast workshop, we cut and fabricate high-quality acrylic for projects big and small. And every day, that process leaves behind offcuts—perfectly usable material that would normally be thrown away because it is small, odd-shaped, and difficult to work with.

 

'Made From Offcuts' started as a simple idea: instead of wasting that material, turn it into something useful. In 2026 we invested in a laser cutter, precisely cutting and engraving offcuts of acrylic into new high-quality products. Each product in this range is designed around the shapes and sizes of those offcuts. That means less waste, smarter use of materials, and a range of fun, functional products that wouldn’t exist otherwise. From puzzles and games to desk accessories and personalised items, every piece is made with the same tools and attention to detail as our custom fabrication work.​ This isn’t about creating more stuff. It’s about making better use of what’s already there.

 

Everything is designed and made in-house at our Sunshine Coast workshop. We had a great response to the first 'Made From Offcuts' products that we were selling in our front office, so we've started making some of these available online through Etsy.
